Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or replacements under certain circumstances and conditions.
If you have received a product that does not match the item description on our website or if a wrong item has been delivered, your order will be eligible for return or replacement. Similarly, if the item you received has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue, it will qualify for return or replacement.
Please note that all our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means each item is unique. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, or size are expected and are not considered defects. These natural inconsistencies are part of the handmade charm and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Given the artisanal nature of our products, the resolution for return or exchange requests is at our sole discretion. Each request is assessed individually. We cannot offer refunds in cases where the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if the delivery fails after three attempts or is refused by the recipient.
If your order meets our return criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing coteandclay@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, delivery address, and a clear explanation of the issue. In cases of a defective or incorrect product, attach a photo of the item to your email. Requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be considered.
If the product is found to have a genuine defect, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange with another product of the same value, or refund the amount paid.
